Elegant Design has been managing a warehouse conversion to flats, offices and retail units in Cheam Village. It has proven to be very complex from both a planning perspective and logistically due to adjacent rights of way.The project is now moving to phase two with building due to commence on the otherside of the passageway, some accommodation units are days away from being ready for occupation.
